David is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, having earned his J.D. degree in 1992 (Associate Editor, Texas Law Review, 90-92). He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1992, the New York Bar in 1993, the Federal Bar for the United States District Court Southern District of New York in 1993, the Florida Bar in 2003 and the US Southern District of Florida in 2010. Dave practices in the areas of general corporate and securities law (including financial transactions, partnerships and limited liability companies). He has worked with companies in the pharmaceutical and biotech fields for more than 10 years, and has assisted clients with a wide range of legal documents, including but not limited to: stock purchase agreements, securities and equity financings, convertible instruments, bridge loans, debt financings, asset purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, limited liability membership agreements, limited partnership agreements, employment agreements, buy/sell agreements, and franchise agreements.

Michael has more than 20 years in corporate financing, management, and business development. He was instrumental in the acquisition and merger of a European telecom operator with a U.S. publicly-listed company in a deal valued at $135 million. He has also held CFO positions with various organizations in the fields of real estate, telecommunication, transportation, finance, manufacturing and energy.

Jim has more than 30 years of leadership and management experience. He has held various management positions in telecom, commercial construction, and corporate operations after retiring as a Major in the United States Army. Jim holds an engineering degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Aida brings over 20 years of experience in business management and full-service web design and development. Her expertise in custom design, redesigns, web applications development and internet marketing management services have been instrumental in the development of Feebee's marketing strategy.

Her focus is to provide a strong competitive edge to businesses through their Feebee page. She does this by using the latest technology to bring qualityonline traffic while creating outstanding visibility for all the listings and deals. Ms. Miller's extensive business experience and world travels brings perfect synergy to Feebee's universal vision.

With over thirty years of software development experience, Lorin has extensive background in full-cycle product development. The privilege of working in multiple industries (health care, travel, financial systems, oil and gas, wireless applications, gaming, insurance, mobile apps), with a wide variety of tools and technologies has provided a unique perspective on software architecture, design and development.

Dave has 20+ years of experience as an entrepreneur and business owner with a core belief that business should lead change and innovation. The Feebee project started in 2009 after he was handed a discount pharmacy card and wondered why everyone didn't already have one. All of the other Feebee features started with from this one seed of an idea. His experiences come from the Naval Nuclear Power Program and world travel.

Chris has eight-plus years in the web development field as a front end developer. He has worked on various web projects spanning over three companies specializing in CSS and HTML with graphics design. He has an Associate's Degree in Web Design, Associate's Degree in Web Administration, and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in IT Management.
