Answer: Feebee is a location based directory that connects local Shoppers and Businesses with Deals, Contests Entries, Employee & Business Reviews, Job Postings, Supporting Charity Projects and much more! Is FREE for consumers to search.



Question: Why is Feebee different from other directories?

Answer: It allows shoppers to learn as much as possible about the business and offer complete information about the business. Jobs openings, deals, coupons, contests, website, hours of operation, description & provide review opportunities for the business visited. <br />It allows businesses to have a complete marketing presence, provide an array of services to shoppers that promote loyalty, invite clients and shoppers to gain a permanent audience for marketing and branding. <br />Asking shoppers to provide reviews is a great tool for owners and managers to keep an eye on their location when they are away. Employees will be encouraged to deliver good customer service.



Question: Why would I look on Feebee instead of just going to Google? Is Feebee a search engine?

Answer: We are not a search engine even though we think we have a great system that allows you to look for and find businesses, deals and jobs all at the same time. We have added a Google tab to show true search results. We understand that Google is the leader in search engines, we do not intend to dispute that. We added Google into the Feebee system so you will have the opportunity to enjoy both our simplified results and Google’s extremely precise search results at the same time.



Question: As a consumer, do I have to create an account to search for local businesses?

Answer: No you do not have to sign up for an account. Just enter what you are looking for in the search fields and search away. We only ask you to create an account if you are going to be entering a contest, buying something, building a favorites list of businesses or deals or saving a job among other things. Unless we know who you are we can't let you know if you won any contests, prizes or be able to save your purchase history. Creating an account will also let you receive nice reviews if you are associated to a company or employer and keep the history to show another employer or business.



Question: As a shopper, what is the cost for me to have an account on Feebee.

Answer: There is no cost at all for shoppers to enjoy Feebee.com as the system is supported by business subscriptions and their deals.



Question: As a business, do I have to get a Paid subscription?

Answer: Yes, we have 3 different plans to suit your needs as a business (Price Chart-Click Here). Feebee is month-to-month and allows you to change plans as needed.



Question: Why do businesses have DEALS, JOBS & REVIEWS together in one place?

Answer: I agree it seems a little new and exciting! One of the reasons businesses enjoy Feebee is that it allows them to have one place to offer all their services at one price. This makes these options very affordable for them and greatly convenient to the shopper. Rating their employees is a great bonus that helps them to increase productivity with your feedback.



Question: Rating employees? I never did that before, am I even qualified to do that?

Answer: Feebee has a 'positive shows and negative goes' rating system that allows your feedback to help employees, management and businesses be more successful. Positive reviews will show up for the world to see and make each employee happy with a feeling of accomplishment. Negative reviews go straight to management and the employee if they have a shopper’s account to help with training for that employee. These reviews are important and long lasting though so try to take them seriously. Each review becomes part of the employees’ permanent work history that can help with raises, promotions or in future job hunts.

By entering the code from a business you help to answer their question of "How did you hear about us" and allows them to be your longtime sponsor on Feebee. You will also be able to see their advertising on your dashboard so you do not miss special deals & notifications.



Question: So I have to sign up for an account to use Feebee right now?

Question: I just got a positive employee rating and I don't even have a Feebee account yet. How is that possible? It did make me feel good though!

Answer: Every person with a Feebee account can send a positive rating out to employees that they feel did a great job for them. If it made you feel good and smile, then make sure to join Feebee for your free account and spread the happiness!



Question: I got a second email after my positive rating, is that for my boss?

Answer: Yes. Send it to your boss so he knows that customers know that you are doing a great job. If he adds his business your ratings will be available for all to see so others can know how great you are.



Question: Why are there two field boxes and a search bar? I am used to only one box....

Answer: This is an easy one. Feebee is a geographic search system that shows only business by their physical address. So we need to know where you are looking so we can tell you what businesses are there.



Question: There are four tabs on top of my search results....why is that?

Answer: Well the internet is a wonderful tool that has so much information we are trying to seperate it for you so it is easy and quick to understand. There will be more tabs in the future for charity projects and other exciting options. Stay tuned.



Question: Why is Google on one of your tabs? What about Bing, Yahoo or someone else?

Answer: Google is by far the biggest and we chose them to start but anything is possible. Let us know what you would like to see.



Question: The nearby list keeps changing, why is that?

Answer: As you click on the Nearby map pin icon on a search result, you will see a list of businesses that are close to the search result.



Question: Am I buying the deal from Feebee or from the actual business? Who handles my deal questions?

Answer: On Feebee you can see all the FAQs, restrictions and redemption policies for each deal. You actually are buying the deal using the merchant services of the actual vendor. This means that you are buying directly from them and they are receiving your money just like if you were using your credit card at their store. Returns are also handled direct with the vendor.



Question: What is a deal redemption? Aren't I just buying the deal as normal?

Answer: No. Feebee provides you an opportunity to think about each purchase prior to completing the transaction. You will first authorize a deal sale. This will put a temporary hold on the amount you have decided to use to purchase that deal. The amount of time that the bank will allow the hold to stay is dependent on many factors and not in the control of Feebee. It could be a few days or a few weeks. Once you decide that you want to complete the sale just follow the redemption instructions on the deal. If you choose to not complete the sale and decide you do not want the deal, just do nothing and the temporary hold will dissappear and your full credit limit will again be available.



Question: What if I wait too long to complete the deal redemption and the temporary hold has dissappeared?

Answer: Feebee will automatically reauthorize the deal and complete the transaction. This can result in a double charge for the vendor. Some vendors have very small margins and may not allow this. Please check each deal to see what their policy is.



Question: So the two part purchase system is for my benefit as a customer?

Answer: Yes. This allows you to authorize and complete the transaction at the same time if desired with only a minute or two extra time used -OR- you can wait a few hours to research or speak to a friend prior to completing the transaction. Take a day or two and make sure your budget can handle the purchase and choose wisely. We hope this allows you to make your dollars last even longer.



Question: I understand that businesses show up as the closest business first but why do deals have all kinds of random distances on each one?

Answer: This is another valuable feature for both businesses and shoppers. Every business must try to connect with as many shoppers as possible to be successful. As a customer you can look at each deal and quickly tell which deals are from local businesses and which deals are from national or international businesses. A distance of one mile means a business around the corner or a thousand miles could be across the country. You decide which is a better option for you.



Question: Why does one deal show up before the other with the distances being so different?

Answer: Each deal result must have an address so the system knows what to show first. So each deal is given an address by the vendor so it will show up in a very specific point. This helps both the consumer and business again by allowing for targeted marketing to you. A California sporting good store may want to put deals for snow shoes at the top of the mountain and deals for surf boards down in the beach areas.



Question: Some of the business search results have a gold cup. Is that the Contest Cup?

Answer: Yes. You are a winner! Just a big smile for that though. Every business may elect to offer a contest. Each contest is free to enter and you can earn extra tickets to each by sharing it with your friends. (COMING SOON) If they enter using your contest link sent you get an extra ticket. So be sure to check businesses for their products, services and contest to win today.



Question: I just received a free pharmacy discount card to my email, is that part of Feebee too?

Answer: Yes. We want to make sure you get as many benefits as possible for being part of Feebee. The best way for us to reach you quickly is for businesses to get the RX card to you directly. You may receive a card physically handed to you by a business or use the automated card assigned to you under your Account-Management tab. Your RX card on your Feebee account has your individual ID number already on the card. Keep that number and write it on any Feebee Rx Card you have. This will allow Feebee to say thank you for each use of the card and in the future award points or raffle tickets direct to your account.



Question: I keep reading about a charity platform and Charity Points. When do I get those and how can I use them?

Answer: We are in the process of completing our charity platform. Feebee will be giving back to every customer 1% in Charity Points and 1% in CashBack for every completed purchase of a deal. These bonuses will start building from your first purchase. The CharityPoints will be able to be used once the platform is completed and will help to fund charity projects that someone just like you may create. Through your Feebee account you will see the start and completion of each project. These projects will be part of your history to enjoy with your family for years to come.



Question: Can CashBack be used for charity? If not, how can I use it?

Answer: No. The CashBack is yours to use on any single product purchases. Use it to reduce the cost of any one deal. When you check out and only have one item in your cart you may choose to reduce your actual cost by using CashBack. Since we have a two part purchase system, we have to give you credit immediately upon authorizing a deal. Feebee will credit immediately to your credit card the value of the CashBack you want to use. This means that the price of the deal will not change but credit to your credit card will be applied whether you redeem the deal or not. Example: A Movie Deal costs $8.00. Upon checkout you want to use $5.00 in CashBack. Your card will be authorized for $8.00 AND will receive a credit to the credit card of $5.00. The card will be credited regardless if the deal is canceled or bought.



The SmileHighway Program

Question: What is the Smile Highway?

Answer: Shoppers earn SmileMiles for every positive review that they send out or receive. Those miles give you access to exclusive offers from awesome companies. The SMILE HIGHWAY consists of:
LOCAL COMPANIES (Offering special prizes, coupons or discounts to reward members for reviews)
INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES (Offering special prizes, coupons or discounts to reward members for reviews).
CELEBRITY HIGHWAY (Celebrities offerings to their fans to reward them for reviews provided).



Question: What is a SmileMile?

Answer: A SmileMile is a record of something nice that you have done. You earn a smilemile by either giving a positive review to someone or receiveing one. Either way a smile was created and the world is a little happier for it.



Question: Does a SmileMile have a monetary value?

Answer: It does not have a monetary value in the traditional sense. It cannot be exchanged for currency in any way. It does have value as a sign of good deeds being spread from person to person!



Question: What do I get for earning a SmileMile?

Answer: Each SmileMile earned moves you to the next smilemarker on the Smile Highway. At each marker you will receive a reward from a national or global sponsoring company. They are waiting for you to thank you for your positive efforts to make the world a better place!



Question: So at each SmileMarker I can get rewards from multiple companies?

Answer: Yes. There could be a national company, a global company or even a bonus company all wanting to give you something nice.



Question: Can I see ahead to other SmileMarkers to see what is around the corner?

Answer: Absolutely! If you see something that your really need or want, then just find some great people that are doing great things and give them a positive review. Let them know you appreciate their excellent attitude.



Question: Do I have to use the reward right at that moment?

Answer: Not at all. You may access each reward at any time after reaching that mile marker. You can go back to rewards you earned before if they are still available.



Question: When are you going to have a local Smile Highway?

Answer: We are working on a system for that right now. We want local businesses to have a chance to say thanks also. Once it becomes available we will let you know!



Question: What if I want a reward ahead and I need it now?

Answer: There will be some awesome rewards that will be available every day. Unfortunately you have to earn your way down the highway. A good idea is to be super positive and start earning your SmileMiles now. What a great way to make everyone smile and start moving down the Smile Highway fast!!



Question: How can I get a positive review as an employee?

Answer: Just make sure that the business you work at is active and adds you as an employee. Every happy customer can then rate you permanently with a positive review. The boss will also have a record of your fabulous customer interactions.



Question: Are there other ways to earn SmileMiles? I don't interact with customers too much....

Answer: There will be other methods to earn SmileMiles on the Charity Platform coming soon. Certain projects will give out SmileMiles for donations using your charity points (you earn these with each deal you buy) or cashback credit. We will have all kinds of ways to spread smiles in every direction and allow you to earn rewards along the way!
